2. Our Services

House of Celeste provides:

  • Community Programmes: Baby & toddler sensory groups (including sessions for children with additional needs), therapy sessions for mothers, and CPR/first aid classes for parents.

  • Youth Creative Workshops: The Next Gen programme, offering creative training in music, digital arts, and performance.

  • Events: Bespoke private and corporate event planning and management.

We may update, modify, or withdraw any service at our discretion.

3. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Full payment (or a deposit if stated) is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.

  • Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT if applicable.

  • Event Bookings: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total event cost is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is payable by the deadline agreed in your booking confirmation.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations by You: For community sessions, workshops, or events, you must provide at least 48 hours’ noticeby email to receive a full refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit for event bookings).

  • Cancellations by Us: If we cancel a session or event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

  • Missed Sessions: No refunds are provided for missed sessions or late arrivals.

5. Participation Guidelines

  • Parents/guardians must supervise children during family sessions.

  • Participants are expected to arrive on time and behave respectfully toward staff and other attendees.

  • House of Celeste reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone whose behaviour may cause harm or disruption.

6. Health & Safety

  • Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs at the time of booking.

  • Our team follows UK health and safety regulations, but participation is at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of House of Celeste unless otherwise stated and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

8. Privacy

Your personal information will be collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

10. Governing Law
